Flash animation

[Flash Animation intro]

Using Flash tool WAS the most easy way to make motion image to me.
I started making animation to outline a story and time.
But it took a lot much time than I expected and as I will use After Effect,it need to be created
with both applications together.
I am unsure how to mix Flash and After Effect.
